Cannabis NB says the availability and consistency of products is improving which is why it’s making a customer service change.
The Crown corporation is now allowing customers to pay online and pick up products at a store near them.
Once the order is prepared by employees, a “ready to pick up” email will be sent to the customer.
As always, customers must be 19 years and older and present a valid piece of identification.
Following legalization last fall, Cannabis NB and retailers in other provinces struggled with supply issues and it was difficult to keep up with customer demand.
More products are coming this fall when the cannabis market across Canada expands to include edibles, concentrates and topicals.
