Codiac RCMP have completed their investigation into an classroom incident at Moncton Headstart this spring.
After an intensive two month investigation, Sergeant Mathieu Roy says no charges will be laid.
Three teachers and an aide were fired following the incident on May 22nd which was investigated by the Department of Social Development before being turned over to the Mounties.
Few details have been released and staff were asked not to speak publicly.
Shortly after the incident, Moncton Headstart executive director Mary O’Donnell told parents that staff had received refresher training on child guidance.
