A bit of a shock today for anyone who relies on diesel or furnace oil in New Brunswick.
The provincial regulator increased the price of diesel by 4.6 cents per litre overnight and furnace oil by 4.7 cents.
It’s slightly better news for gasoline, with an increase in the maximum price of 0.8 cents per litre.
In Metro Moncton, most stations are now selling for around $1.01 per litre.
