A major winter storm could bring a lot of snow, rain, freezing rain and strong winds later this weekend.
Environment Canada says a developing system in the U.S. is expected to approach New Brunswick on Sunday.
More than 30 centimetres of snow is likely north of the storm track, areas south of it could get upwards of 50 millimetres of rain and near the track could see an extended period of freezing rain.
Forecasters say potential tracks right now are currently ranging from central New Brunswick to the Atlantic coast of Nova Scotia.
Details should become clearer as the weekend approaches.
