There’s the potential for some messy weather tomorrow and into the weekend.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for parts of the province including Moncton and Southeast New Brunswick.
Snow is expected to begin over western New Brunswick tomorrow morning and spread eastward throughout the province.
It will change to ice pellets or freezing rain on Friday night, then to scattered showers or flurries on Saturday morning.
In the southern part, we are expecting temperatures hovering around zero. Central and northern parts of the province could get up to 15 centimetres of snow, with up to 10 centimetres in the southern areas.
In the Fundy region, there could be up to 25 millimetres of rain.
More details with warnings are expected to be issued as the system approaches.
