It’s only been a couple days since a snowstorm, but it looks like a rainstorm is coming next.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement about rain and wind coming later tomorrow and into Saturday.
A low pressure system originating in the Gulf of Mexico is bringing warm, moist air and southerly winds.
Total rainfall accumulations of between 30 and 50 mm are possible in some areas of Southern New Brunswick while the north could pick up some freezing rain.
The southerly winds will help push temperatures into the double digits by Saturday.
Weather warnings may be posted as the system approaches.
