The storm has finally tapered off and Environment Canada has dropped all warnings and advisories for Southeast New Brunswick.
Greater Moncton received about 25 cm of snow from the latest wintry blast.
Meteorologist Jill Maepea says blowing snow is possible over open areas this evening.
Maepea says the sky will clear overnight and we are expecting a couple a sunny, cold days before milder weather this weekend.
She says the next system will arrive Friday with warm, moist air and significant rain possibly pushing temperatures into the double digits.
If that happens, it will be the first time since November 10th in Greater Moncton that the thermometer has hit at least 10°C.
