Planning is underway for an annual event that gets everyone into the Christmas spirit.
The Greater Moncton Progress Club hosts the Antler breakfast each year.
It will be held from 6:30 am to 9:30 am at the Delta Beauséjour on November 22.
It is the club’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Over the years, funds raised through Antler Breakfast ticket sales and corporate sponsorship have gone to support disadvantaged families and local children’s charities including; Camp Livingston, Sistema NB, Pro-Kids / MyWrap, Atlantic Wellness Centre,
Special Olympics, Moncton Hospital Pediatric Unit, Boys and Girls Clubs, Big Brothers
Big Sisters, Tutoring Programs, the Jon Bassett Memorial Scholarship, the Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont Pediatric Unit as well as children and families in crisis through our Ways & Means Committee.
This year they are continuing their toy drive for Moncton Headstart and guests are asked to bring along a new toy or ten to help fill Santa’s Sack.
