An investigation is underway after a 48-year-old Toronto police officer died in Mississauga, Ontario.
Constable Andrew Hong had taken a lunch break during a joint training exercise yesterday when he was shot at close range.
Hong was a 22-year veteran of the force.
A second person was also hurt in the incident.
Police say a suspect was shot and pronounced dead in a Hamilton Cemetary.
The suspect is also believed to be responsible for another shooting incident where another person is dead and two others injured.
