The City of Dieppe wants motorists to slow down.
They have teamed up with their local fire department for an anti-speeding campaign that will run until November.
The object is to remind motorists of the importance of speed limits.
“As first responders, we see the consequences of speeding and distracted driving. It’s very important for us to make residents aware of the issue,” said Dieppe Fire District Chief Julien Boudreau.
During the campaign, photos will be posted to social media and on billboards with the theme ‘Slow down.’
