After an extensive search, the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Moncton has named a new chief executive officer.
Kim Wilson will begin her new role on Monday, Oct. 21.
Wilson has 28 years of leadership experience and has worked with companies including Bell Aliant, Atlantic Lottery, and Champlain Seafood. She has held positions in public relations, human resources, sales management, and social responsibility.
Her board experience is also extensive with nine years on the Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport Board.
“I am excited to continue to create value for our members, support the business community through our advocacy efforts and help drive growth for our region,” Wilson said.
She holds a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount St. Vincent University with a concentration in French, as well as a graduate diploma in Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Toronto – University of St. Michael’s College.
