The hotels and campgrounds are booked and country music fans are set to converge on Greater Moncton.
YQM Country Fest is now just a few days away, taking place from Thursday through Saturday.
Promoter Sam Bourgeois says this year’s acts include Luke Coombs, Jason Aldean and Bailey Zimmerman.
“We’re very excited for year number three and the weather is looking fantastic,” Bourgeois says.
Around 20,000 fans are expected at the MusiquART site in Dieppe.
Bourgeois says there are few changes to the site and rules for this year.
“We do small tweaks here and there, just to try to make the fan experience better year after year,” he says.
“We heard our fans, and there was a lot of demand for single-day tickets, and we always try our best to please our fans, so that’s the decision we made for this year, to make those tickets available.”
Bourgeois says they take great pride in the lineups to deliver world-class talent from start to finish daily.
“We’re trying to establish ourselves as the premium Country Music Festival. The site is working out very well,” Bourgeois says.
The gates will open at 1 p.m. each day and music starts at 3 p.m.
“There’s ample parking around downtown Dieppe, and just expect a weekend full of your favourite country music singers,” Bourgeois adds.
As for things you can and cannot bring to the shows, Bourgeois says the full list can be found on their website.
Tickets are still available online.
As for the fans who are wondering what’s to come for 2025, Bourgeois says they already have a stellar lineup confirmed.
“I think fans will be extremely excited about it, so wait for a fall announcement,” he says.
