Travel is gradually returning to more pre-pandemic levels and Narrative Research wanted to find out where Canadians are going.
A recent survey found more than half of Canadians intend to travel at some point during 2023, 28 percent will not be travelling and 16 percent are still not sure.
So where are Canadians going if they are on the move?
About one-quarter said somewhere in Canada, another quarter said the United States, 20 percent said Europe and 15 percent said other parts of the world.
The poll also found men are more likely to plan to travel this year than women.
Those 55 and older are less likely to be contemplating travel compared to younger adults.
Across regions, British Columbia and Ontario residents are the most likely to hit the road.
Meantime, Atlantic Canadians are the most likely to be planning a trip to somewhere else in the country.
