Drivers in New Brunswick will likely be getting a lump of coal for Christmas according to Dan McTeague.
The president of Canadians for Affordable Energy believes gasoline will rise by about 4.0 cents per litre this week.
Some uncertainty surrounds prices for diesel and heating oil.
Adjustments will be made at midnight by the Energy and Utilities Board.
Current maximum prices per litre in New Brunswick:
- Gasoline, $1.460
- Diesel $2.505
- Heating Oil $2.181
Recently adopted legislation means EUB changes for fuel prices are now made on Fridays rather than Thursdays.
