Country music fans will be getting concert tickets for Christmas.
YQM Country Fest 2023 is still months away, but excitement is already building.
Over 20,000 fans gathered in Dieppe in August.
Mayor Yvon Lapierre says this new festival is a welcome addition to the community, “It’s good for business, it’s good for the entire Southeast region. It’s an opportunity to show off our community here in Dieppe and the excellent infrastructure we have for such an event.”
Keith Urban and Thomas Rhett will headline the event planned for August 25 and 26th next year.

Lapierre says, “Country western fans are dedicated fans. They have that in their heart. I think that is one of the reasons that 2022 was such a great success and we look forward to the same thing next year.”
Promoter Sam Bourgeois says even more acts will be announced in the coming weeks, “People want big stars so we’re trying to deliver the best we can and I think we certainly did that with Keith Urban and Thomas Rhett,” he said.
The two-day music festival was first held in August 2022, bringing acts including Blake Shelton — and special guest Gwen Stefani — along with Florida Georgia Line.
Bourgeois expects an even larger crowd next year, adding that ticket sales are going very well so far.
