The largest multicultural festival in New Brunswick is returning to Greater Moncton in July after a two year absence.
The Mosaiq Festival will feature live music, food, beer garden and vendors from around the world on July 22 and 23.
Venues are spread across the tri-communities with a focus on the main stage in downtown Moncton.
During the official launch this week, Mosaiq Festival chair Lamia Chami says this is a great way to learn about each other’s cultures and support one other.
“Our aim is to ensure that multicultural traditions and celebrations are kept alive and relevant. And for people from across the province to experience these customs.
“Greater Moncton leads by example when we celebrate our diversity. We’ll lead by example when we tell the world we’re open to and desire new cultures.”
