Smoke’s Poutinerie will open its second New Brunswick location in Downtown Moncton.
Signage for the new location was spotted and posted on Facebook by Moncton South MLA (and lover of all things poutine?) Greg Turner.
The restaurant will open at 827 Main Street in downtown Moncton. The space was previously occupied by Katch Seafood & Pizza Girls, which will move next door to 831 Main Street, a space formerly occupied by Applewood Smoked BBQ.
Smoke’s Poutinerie has restaurants across Ontario and Eastern Canada. Atlantic Canada currently has three locations: two in Halifax and one in Fredericton. Moncton would mark Atlantic Canada’s fourth and New Brunswick’s second location.
Their menu consists of a variety of poutines with different meat and veggie ingredients incorporated into basic poutine. Some examples include the Veggie Deluxe Poutine, Pulled Pork Poutine, Butter Chicken Poutine, and the Philly Cheesesteak Poutine.
