The Charlottetown Islanders are rejoining the New Brunswick Senior Baseball League this weekend.
The Saint John Alpines (5-4) and the Moncton Fisher Cats (4-5) have been playing one another since early June due to COVID-19 restrictions.
But that will change on Sunday as the Fisher Cats are set to face the Islanders.
The Alpines will go up against Moncton for their first game on July 17.
Charlottetown will play Saint John and Moncton eight times each before the end of the season on Aug. 21.
League playoffs are set to begin the following weekend on Aug. 28.
