The graduating class of 2020 from Harrison Trimble High School will be recognized on Tuesday night, with a parade through the Moncton Coliseum parking lot.
Parents have put this together to honour each and every graduate, all 250 of them whose names and faces will be on display along a designated route.
Tamara Nichol is one of the Organizers. She says it will be festive, and decorated to ensure the graduates are leaving their high school years on a happy note, “For these kids who have worked hard for their whole lives to reach this point. This is the first big exciting life changing moment that they have really.”
Nichol says the only rule is you must come in your car.
“We do know we have some kids that they didn’t get their grad photos taken. Those kids will still be on signs and their name will be on those signs. Harrison Trimble’s montra is No Trojan left behind,” Nichol says.
It runs from 6pm until 8pm on Tuesday night, You will enter the parking lot at the lights on Killam Drive.
“We would like everyone to come. I want the whole city of Moncton to come. We want the kids to leave high school on a positive note.”
