A 64-year-old man has been charged in connection with an investigation into images of child sexual abuse.
Mounties carried out a search warrant at a home in Grand Bay-Westfield on Wednesday where a man was arrested.
Robert Whiting was charged with possession of child pornography on Thursday.
He is being held in custody until another court appearance on August 23rd.
The RCMP’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit began the investigation earlier this year which also included police forces in Saint John and the Kennebecasis Valley.
