Residents have 30 days to raise any concerns with the City of Moncton over a proposed apartment building at Pleasant Street and Lewisville Road.
A new 80-unit apartment building at 5 Pleasant Street is set to replace the now closed Saint-Louis-de-France Catholic Church which is slated to be torn down.
City planner Bill Budd has told city council this is a desirable project for the area.
Councillor Paulette Theriault wants to see a portion of the church incorporated in some way into the new apartment building.
Councillor Blair Lawrence has concerns about the project being so close to wetlands and the adjacent Humphrey Brook.
A public hearing will be held on May 6th at Moncton City Hall Council Chambers.
