Horizon Health wants to hear from mothers who have experienced quick onset labour.
Mothers who had a strong and sustained contraction of the uterus associated with a low fetal heart beat typically requiring a C-section should contact the health authority at 1-844-225-0220.
Horizon Health says it has heard from many patients since it revealed last weekend that a nurse had been fired from The Moncton Hospital.
A nurse in the delivery unit allegedly administered a labour-inducing drug called Oxytocin without consent.
The drug caused two patients to require an urgent C-section.
RCMP are involved in the criminal investigation of this matter.
Mothers who fit the pattern of quick onset labour are also being asked to contact the Mounties or to give Horizon permission to do so on their behalf.
No charges have yet been laid.
