This week’s plane crash has prompted several countries to put airspace precautions into place.
A spokesperson with the UK Aviation Authority says without sufficient information from the flight data recorder of the Boeing 737 MAX 8, they have issued instructions to stop commercial flights of that type of plane from arriving, departing or overflying UK airspace.
Statement: Boeing 737 MAX Aircraft.

Ireland, Germany and France are also taking the same precautions.
Canada has not grounded the Boeing 737 MAX 8 planes, but a tweet this afternoon Transport Minister Marc Garneau says has cancelled his meetings and public events today, to meet with his Civil Aviation Expert Panel. He adds, all evidence is being evaluated in real time and he is considering all potential actions.
I’ve canceled all my meetings and public events today in order to meet with my Civil Aviation Expert Panel. All evidence is being evaluated in real time and we’re considering all potential actions.
