After the Moncton Vipers tackle football team folded last year, due to a lack of players, but the push is on this year to bring the team back.
The Vipers are a group of women over the age of 18, who love the sport of football.
That includes Nicole Bernard, “It’s a sport for anyone. It doesn’t matter if you are big or small or tall or short, there is a position for everyone. It is a team sport.”
Bernard says they need at least 22 women for their roster to form a team, but their goal is to have between 30 and 40 players.
Two learn To Play nights will be held will be held from 6-7:30pm on October 23 and 25th at Rocky Stone field.
