- Travel dates : Jan 4-31; Mar 22-Apr 1 & Apr 12-May 10, 2024

- Based on availability travel must be completed by May 10, 2024 (return flight must be on or before that date). Certain periods of the year are excluded: Christmas, New Year’s Day and Easter vacations, school breaks and any other embargo period determined by Transat.

- Approximate retail value of each Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) CAD, based on a Moncton Departure. Trip includes round trip economy airfare for two (2) from Moncton (the “Departure Point”); seven (7) nights’ accommodation at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana in a Junior Suite with Jacuzzi (based on one (1) junior suite, double occupancy); an all-inclusive meal plan; and ground transportation between airport and resort at destination. Prize winner and their travel companion are solely responsible for travel insurance (including medical coverage) , personal expenses, and for complying with any travel requirements (https://www.airtransat.com/en-CA/travel-information/traveller-care-practical-guide) and notices/advisories, including but not limited to the Government of Canada’s Travel Advisory for Punta Cana (available at https://travel.gc.ca/destinations/dominican-republic).
