Seven people have been displaced after a fire at a Moncton rooming house on Donald Avenue.
The fire that broke out yesterday afternoon, extensively damaged one room, but there was smoke and water damage through the rest of the two storey building.
The Canadian Red Cross assisted with lodging, food and clothing, for four tenants. The others are staying with friends or relatives.
Two tenants were treated for minor smoke inhalation.
